Throughout this Terms + Conditions document we will be referring to Wunder Duds when we use the words ‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’ or ‘Wunder Duds’.

We recommend you learn about Wunder Duds policies before using our platform.
This policy sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use wunderduds.com, so please read it carefully.
By using our platform, you agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, please discontinue use.
Privacy
Like other online sites, Wunder Duds collects personal info from you. We also take your privacy seriously.

Our Services
Wunder Duds provides a consignment service for the resale of preloved children’s clothing, shoes, and accessories.
Payments to Sellers are managed through Stripe.
Sellers (also called “Consignors”) send items to Wunder Duds.
Wunder Duds inspects, prices, photographs, lists, stores, and sells accepted items on behalf of the Seller.
Wunder Duds handles shipping to buyers.
Setting up an account
You must be 18 or over to register for an account. To sell with us, you must be a UK resident.
To use our services you will need to register with an email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for any activity that takes place under your account. If you think your account has been misused, contact us at hello@wunderduds.com.
By registering, you confirm that:
- the information you give us is true, accurate, current and complete, and you will keep it up to date
- you have the legal capacity to agree to these terms
- you are 18 or over
- you will not access the platform through bots, scripts or other automated means
- you will not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose
- your use of the platform will not break any applicable law or regulation
If you give us information that is untrue, inaccurate, out of date or incomplete, we may suspend or close your account and refuse any current or future use of the platform.
Seller Fees & Payouts
We work on consignment. You send us photos of your items, we select the pieces that suit our community, and you post the approved items to us. From there we photograph, price, list, store and ship them.
There are no upfront or listing fees. When an item sells, you receive a share of the final sale price:
- 40% on items under £20
- 50% on items from £20 to £50
- 60% on items over £50
Wunder Duds sets the listing price for every item. We retain the balance of the sale price as our commission.
Payments to sellers are made through Stripe. To receive your earnings you will need to set up a Stripe Connect account, which you will be guided to do when you create your seller profile. Your earnings transfer directly to you.
If an item has not sold after six months, we will contact you to agree next steps. You can have it returned to you, with return postage at your cost, or donated to one of our partner children’s charities. We will always ask before doing anything with your items.
Sending Items to Wunder Duds
You are responsible for sending items to Wunder Duds at your own cost.
Items must meet our quality standards.
If items do not meet our standards, they may be returned to you at your expense, or donated to children’s charities.
Wunder Duds sets the resale price at its discretion, based on condition, brand, and market value.
Buyer Fees
A 3% transaction fee will be added to the purchase price of each Item. This fee covers payment processing costs charged by our transaction processing company. The total amount of the transaction fee will be clearly displayed to you at checkout before you complete your order.
Pricing
Wunder Duds will set the price of items at our discretion, based on condition, brand, and market value.
Accepted items that do not sell may be discounted at our discretion.
Items that do not sell can be returned to you or made into bundles and donated to children’s charities.
Authenticity
We only sell authentic goods.
If we cannot verify authenticity, we may refuse to list the item.
Counterfeit goods may be removed from circulation.
Shipping
All consignment items sold through Wunder Duds are shipped by Wunder Duds directly to the Buyer.
Returns
All items are preloved and sold as described and as seen.
Refunds are only issued if an item is materially misrepresented (e.g. incorrect condition or brand).
Refunds are not available for size, fit, or change of mind.

Termination
If you decide to terminate your account, can no longer agree to these Terms of Service or any changes made to the Terms of Service, please contact us at hello@wunderduds.com from the email address linked to your account and ask us to deactivate your account.
Where such request comes from someone who is not the account holder, we will ask you to provide proof of identity and your relationship to the User in question, along with any other documents we may require.
We may terminate or suspend your account (and any accounts Wunder Duds determines are related to your account) and your access to the Services should we have reason to believe you, your Content, or your use of the Services violate our Terms.
Wunder Duds reserves the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any of the Services at any time, for any reason, without notice and without any liability to you.
Amendments to these terms
From time to time, Wunder Duds may update these Terms.
We reserve the right to change, modify or update these Terms for any reason at our sole discretion. We will provide you with notice of the modifications, and changes will be effective immediately unless otherwise stated. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with any updates, this way you can decide whether you still want to continue using our Services.
