Payments + Refunds

When your items sell, we pay you through Stripe, our secure payment provider. You'll set up a Stripe Connect account when you create your seller profile, so your earnings transfer straight to your bank. New to Stripe? No need to worry. It's safe, simple and built for exactly this.

If your order doesn't arrive or isn't as described, email hello@wunderduds.com and we'll put it right. Refunds cover anything that turns up damaged, faulty or not as listed. We can't refund for fit or a change of heart, since every piece is preloved and one of a kind, but you're always welcome to consign it back to us and let someone else love it next. Refunds apply to items bought through Wunder Duds only.

Every order ships tracked, so you can follow it to your door. If it hasn't arrived within 14 days, email hello@wunderduds.com with your order number and we'll track it down.
