We advise all pre-worn items be laundered before shipping.
As a precaution, we recommend re-laundering any recent purchases before wearing.

If you have been affected by the COVID virus and you know your items will be delayed, place a note within your Store Description to alert your buyers.

If you’re unable to fulfill the sale, we do advise you to refund your buyer.
This can be done directly from your My Orders page within your dashboard account settings.
