All transactions are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment provider.

Sellers : To ensure payments are received a Stripe account must be set up.
When you create a Seller profile with Wunder Duds you will be asked to set up a Stripe Connect account.
All Buyers are eligible for a refund if your purchase doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described.
You won't be eligible for a refund if it's described accurately, it doesn't fit or you've changed your mind.
Please do re-list it on Wunder Duds if this is the case.
We recommend contacting the Seller directly to discuss any concerns.
Only items bought inside Wunder Duds will be eligible for a refund.
If your item doesn’t arrive, use the tracking info provided by the Seller to trace your package.
If no tracking info has been provided, or your item is not as described, please contact the Seller directly to discuss.
